Cancellation Policy

Standard Rental Duration: Our standard rental period is up to 5 hours (we'll arrive early to complete setup before your event begins). Need more time? You can add up to 4 additional hours through our Add-Ons. Rentals over 5 hours will be considered a full-day rental. Quote Request Policy: Quote requests must be received at least 72 hours before your event. If your event is less than 72 hours away, please contact us directly. Note: Prices are subject to change based on availability, customization requests, or special accommodations. Visual Disclaimer: Images on this website are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, designs, and product textures may vary due to device settings, lighting, display differences, or standard wear and tear. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur. Delivery & Pickup: We require a minimum 2-hour window before the event start time and after the event end time for setup and breakdown. Please ensure clear and accessible delivery paths for efficient service. Setup & Weather Disclaimer Ground Requirements: We cannot set up on dirt, loose ground, dry patches, sand, gravel, or any unstable surfaces. Surface Level: We do not set up on steps, steep slopes, hillsides, or uneven areas. Weather Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather (high winds, heavy rain), services may be delayed, modified, or canceled for the safety of guests and staff. Customer Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to secure an appropriate location for rental setup that meets these conditions. Payment Policy: Pay 50% now to reserve. The balance will be due 7 days before your event.
