What is Standard Delivery?

Orders qualify for our standard delivery fee if they meet the following:
 

  • Delivery takes place during normal business hours
    (Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
    with a 5-hour delivery window

  • Delivery location is within 50 miles of central San Diego

  • Items are dropped within 25 feet of the delivery vehicle, with no stairs or obstacles

  • The full order fits in one delivery vehicle
     

Delivery Fee:

  • A $99 delivery fee covers setup, takedown, and delivery within San Diego County.

  • For locations outside San Diego County, a delivery fee of $1 per mile (one way from San Diego,CA) applies.

  • Additional charges may apply for: Travel exceeding 100 miles total, long flights of stairs or elevators and Walkways longer than 50 yards to the setup area

Additional Services & Fees

The following options may incur additional charges based on your event needs:
 

  • Extended Delivery Zones – For locations outside our standard 25-mile radius

  • Load-In/Load-Out Assistance – Includes navigating stairs, elevators, or long distances

  • After-Hours Delivery – Events requiring service before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM

  • Time-Specific Delivery – Guaranteed drop-off within a 1–2 hour window

  • Setup & Breakdown – Let our team fully handle setup and takedown for an additional fee
