Cancellation Policy
Disclaimer
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while preparing for your special event. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
Cancellations

14 or more days before your event: Receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

7 to 13 days before your event: Receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee (deposit still non-refundable).

Within 7 days of your event: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation costs.
Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

This deposit goes toward your total rental cost but is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your event once at no additional cost if requested at least 7 days in advance.

Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may incur a $50 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.
Weather Policy (for outdoor events)

If inclement weather is forecasted, we offer a free reschedule or credit toward a future event, as long as we are notified at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental.

If you choose to cancel due to weather without rescheduling, our standard cancellation terms still apply.
